HOW BOXVILLE WORKS
AN INNOVATIVE AND POWERFUL TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM AT DISPOSAL OF OUR CUSTOMERS

The Boxville technological platform is put into communication through network, in a sure way, thanks to the booking and/or selling system of our customer and therefore it can “pack” and “send” the tickets or the access titles in digital format to purchasers’ mobile phones, as our customer’s system communicates the relating data.
This special ticket or digital access title, created by Boxville, is called TBox®.
TBox®, apart from its specific and univocal code, has the possibility to contain data, information, photos, promotional banners, sounds etc. and, in the version TBox® MoTion, also an interactive communication. The different solutions are available according to the customer’s exigencies. Finally, when the ticket/access purchaser is on the place of that event, TBox® is simply read on the display of the mobile phone by a standard scanner.
Boxville supplies its customers, in real-time, with a series of reports relating to the selling, deliveries, destinations etc. to have all always under control.
On request, Boxville can also supply with a selling service through credit card in an automatic way, via phone: in this way, the interested purchaser can buy the ticket at any moment simply by phoning.
